快速康复外科在消化道恶性肿瘤病理及检验质量控制中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨快速康复外科在消化道恶性肿瘤病理及检验质量控制中的应用价值。方法 选取诊断明确的消化道恶性肿瘤患者30例,分为对照组和实验组,每组各15人,选取其病理组织、血液、尿液、粪便标本,比较2组标本的收集方法和运输方式等检测前过程,采用快速康复外科对多部门、多环节、全流程监测,并改进方法,降低标本不合格率。结果 实施快速康复外科后,2组标本合格率从80%显著增加到94%(P<0.05)。标本收集方式不标准、收集量错误、种类错误、运送不合理、标本污染、标本容器类型错误及保管不善等所造成的标本不合格率在施行快速康复外科后均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 在消化道恶性肿瘤病理及检验质量控制中推行快速康复外科,可以带来更规范的病理标本和快速、准确、及时的检测结果,有利于准确评估消化道恶性肿瘤患者的临床分期,指导后期规范化诊治。 Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery in the pathology and inspection quality control of digestive tract malignancy tumors. Methods 30 patients with a clear diagnosis of digestive tract malignant tumor were selected, who were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 15 in each, also selected were their pathological tissue, blood, urine, feces specimens. The specimens collection method and mode of transportation for the two groups were compared before the testing process.Via the fast track surgery the whole process was implemented for the monitoring purpose and to improve the method, the unqualified rate of specimens was reduced. Results After the implementation of the fast track surgery, the qualified rate of the two groups increased from 80% to 94%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The unqualified rate of specimens caused by the non-standard collection method, wrong collection quantity, wrong type, unreasonable transportation, contamination of specimens, wrong type of specimen container and poor storage decreased significantly after the fast track surgery. Conclusion In the digestive tract malignant tumor pathology and inspection of the quality control to implement fast track surgery,will lead to more formal pathological specimens and rapid, accurate and timely detection results, and is conducive to accurately assess the digestive tract malignant tumor patients with regard to the clinical stages, thus providing further guidance for the standardization of diagnosis and treatment.
