摘要
研究掺配在成品烟丝中的成品梗丝和不同长度梗丝在经过传送带输送和风力送丝输送环节产生的振动后梗丝在烟丝中的位置稳定性,为梗丝生产设计提供参考。利用烟丝振动分选筛对成品梗丝进行筛分,对筛分后的不同长度梗丝和混合成品梗丝分别进行染色,对不同长度染色后的梗丝采用相同比例分别均匀掺配在同一品牌纯烟丝中,模拟输送过程的振动,对比振动前后梗丝在烟丝中的分布和位置变化,研究经过输送后成品梗丝和不同长度梗丝中在烟丝中的稳定性,分析梗丝经过输送后在烟丝中的分布均匀性。结果表明:振动后成品烟丝中梗丝与烟丝分布存在不均匀的现象;把成品梗丝筛分成不同长度的梗丝进一步研究发现,在烟丝中的长丝在振动后较为稳定,烟丝中的中梗丝、短梗丝在振动后产生移动,分布有所集中,短梗丝在振动后集中分布的现象相对明显;碎梗丝在烟丝中移动更为明显,在振动后与烟丝分层;烟丝中的长梗丝和中梗丝、短梗丝、碎梗丝在振动后的分布存在较大差异,提升梗丝在烟丝中的均匀性对稳定卷烟品质具有重要意义。
Study the position stability of finished cut tobacco and different lengths of cut tobacco after vibration generated by conveyor belt transportation and wind feeding transportation,so as to provide reference for the production design of cut tobacco.The finished cut tobacco stalks are screened by the cut tobacco vibrating sorting screen,and the screened different lengths of cut tobacco and the mixed finished cut tobacco are dyed,respectively.The dyed cut tobacco with different lengths is evenly mixed in the same brand of pure cut tobacco in the same proportion to simulate the vibration in the conveying process,and the distribution and position changes of cut tobacco before and after vibration are compared.The stability of finished stem and different length stem in cut tobacco after transportation is studied,and the distribution uniformity of stem in cut tobacco after transportation is analyzed.The results show that the distribution of stem and cut tobacco in the finished cut tobacco after vibration is uneven;After further research,it is found that the long filaments in cut tobacco are relatively stable after vibration,the middle and short filaments in cut tobacco move and concentrate after vibration,and the phenomenon of concentrated distribution of short filaments after vibration is relatively obvious;The broken stem moves more obviously in the cut tobacco,and stratifies with the cut tobacco after vibration.There are great differences in the distribution of long stem,medium stem,short stem and broken stem in cut tobacco after vibration.Improving the uniformity of stem in cut tobacco is of great significance to stabilize the quality of cigarette.
