摘要
以鳕鱼皮为主要原料的胶原蛋白肽固体饮料是一款以低热量、美容养颜为特色的休闲食品。文章对年产600 t胶原蛋白肽固体饮料的工厂进行设计,从厂址选择、平面设计、工艺设计、工艺计算、设备选型、人员定编、经济核算等方面进行综合考虑,最终设计出经济效益较好、具有一定发展前景的工厂,以期为该产品的工业化生产提供参考。
With cod skin as the main raw material,collagen peptide solid beverage is a leisure food featured with low calorie and beauty effect.In this paper,the annual output of 600 t of collagen peptide solid beverage factory is designed,from the aspects of site selection,plane design,process design,process calculation,equipment selection,staff allocation,economic accounting and comprehensive consideration.The final design has a good economic benefit,and it has a certain development prospect of plant which will provide reference for the industrialized production of the product.
