紫外指纹图谱在烟丝质量稳定性监测中的应用

摘要 建立一种计算紫外光谱相似度的方法实现对烟丝质量的控制。用紫外-可见分光光度计对2021年5—9月共50批次天子(中支)烟丝进行光谱采集,采用一阶求导与Norris相结合的预处理方式,以相似度匹配建立其指纹图谱模型库,选取其他14个品牌的样品对指纹图谱库进行验证。建立的天子(中支)紫外模型,验证显示其准确率为100%。同品牌相似度较高(>95),而其他品牌样品与模型库的相似度较低(<95),表明利用天子(中支)指纹图谱库对样品进行识别的可行性和准确性。此模型可用于判断同产品不同批次的稳定性,也可用于评价两个样品之间的相似程度。试验为建立科学合理的控制和评价烟丝产品稳定性及均质化的方法提供数据支撑。 A method for calculating the similarity of UV spectrum is established to control the quality of cut tobacco.A total of 50 batches of Tianzi(medium)cut tobacco are collected from May to September 2021 by UV-visible spectrophotometry.Fingerprint model library is established by similarity matching with pretreatment method combining first order derivation and Norris,and other 11 brands samples are selected to validate the fingerprint library.The results show that the established UV model of Tianzi(medium)verifies that its accuracy is 100%.The similarity of the same brand is high(>95),while the similarity of samples from other brands to the model library is low(<95),indicating the feasibility and accuracy of using the Tianzi(medium)fingerprint library to identify the samples.This model can be used to judge the stability of different batches of the same product,and it can also be used to evaluate the degree of similarity between two samples.Data are supported for the establishment of method of scientific and reasonable control and evaluation of the stability and homogenization of cut tobacco products.
