摘要
分析常规种植的铁皮石斛枫斗、岩壁野化铁皮石斛枫斗、贴树仿野生铁皮石斛枫斗及其花茶在活性成分含量及多糖上的差异,为不同栽培方式石斛的质量评价及开发利用提供参考依据。依据2015版《中华人民共和国药典》及国家标准中的方法进行石斛活性成分含量和多糖含量测定。结果显示,3种不同栽培方式中贴树仿野生铁皮石斛枫斗多糖含量最高,岩壁野化铁皮石斛枫斗醇溶浸出物、甘露糖与葡萄糖峰面积比含量最高,且峰面积比均在药典规定范围内,石斛花茶黄酮含量远远高于其石斛枫斗黄酮含量,岩壁野化铁皮石斛花茶和贴树仿野生铁皮石斛花茶优于常规种植的铁皮石斛花茶,因此岩壁野化栽培和贴树仿野生栽培均优于常规种植的铁皮石斛。
The content of active components and polysaccharide in traditional cultivation,rock-wall wild cultivation,treeplanting imitation wild cultivation and its flower tea were analyzed,and it provided a reference for quality evaluation and development and utilization of dendrobium in different cultivation modes.Based on the 2015 version Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,the contents of active components and polysaccharides in dendrobium dendrobium were determined,the results showed that the polysaccharide content of f.officinalis in three different cultivation modes was the highest.The contents of alcohol-soluble extract,mannose and glucose peak area ratio of wild dendrobium officinale were the highest,and the peak area ratio was within the range of pharmacopoeial.The flavonoid content of dendrobium officinale was much higher than that of dendrobium officinale.The wild dendrobium officinale and tree planting simulated wild dendrobium officinale were better than that of conventional dendrobium officinale.Therefore,rock wall wild cultivation and tree planting imitation wild cultivation were better than conventional dendrobium officinale.
