摘要 从教学内容、教学方法、考核方法和评价体系等方面着手进行食品营养与健康课程思政教学设计和实践。教学中以培养学生的主动性和创造性为主,将显性灌输与隐形渗透相结合,使思政元素有机融入食品营养与健康课程教学中,有效提高课程思政育人效果,也可为其他专业课程思政教学提供参考和借鉴。 The design and practice of ideological and political teaching in the course of Food Nutrition and Health from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,curriculum assessment and evaluation mode are discussed.To improve the effect of professional curriculum ideological and political education,the teaching group focuses on cultivating students’initiative and creativity,combines explicit indoctrination with invisible infiltration,and organically integrates ideological and political elements into the teaching of Food Nutrition and Health.The exploration and practice of the course can provide future reference for the ideological and political education of other professional courses.
