河南省市售包装饮用水中高氯酸盐含量调查及风险分析

摘要 在河南省各县市抽取了189份市售包装饮用水,通过液相色谱-串联质谱仪分析了包装饮用水高氯酸盐浓度水平,评估了居民通过包装饮用水造成的高氯酸盐暴露情况。研究表明,高氯酸盐在包装饮用水中有45.5%的检出率,根据生产地点的不同有一定空间分布特征。饮用天然矿泉水中高氯酸盐检出率高于饮用纯净水,其他饮用水中的“熟水饮用水”普遍含有高氯酸盐且检测值较高,这可能与水源及净水工艺有关。人体暴露评估结果表明,居民通过包装饮用水暴露于高氯酸盐的量未超过美国环保署规定,基本安全。 A total of 189 packaged drinking water samples were collected from counties and cities in Henan Province.The perchlorate concentration level of packaged drinking water was analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and the perchlorate exposure of residents caused by packaged drinking water was evaluated.The research showed that perchlorate had a detection rate of 45.5%in packaged drinking water,which had a certain relationship with the production place of packaged drinking water.The detection rate of perchlorate in drinking natural mineral water was higher than that in drinking purified water.The“cooked drinking water”in other drinking water generally contained perchlorate and the detection value was high,which might be related to the water source and water purification process.The results of human exposure assessment showed that the exposure to perchlorate through drinking water did not exceed EPA regulations,which was basically safe.
