云南省铜矿开发区生态风险与环境承载力研究

摘要 铜矿是中国经济发展中重要的物质基础,然而铜矿开发的生态环境问题突出,在资源环境承载力下研究铜矿开发生态风险具有重要意义。采用云南省2019年数据,运用综合评价法评估8个铜矿开发区生态风险和环境承载力级别。研究发现生态风险级别越低的铜矿开发区,其环境承载力越高,这类开发区需提高综合开发利用效率,在承载力范围内实施边开发边保护的方针;生态风险越高的铜矿开发区,其环境承载力越低,这类开发区需要对铜矿实施总量调控,控制开采强度,严格空间准入。 Copper mine is an important material foundation in China’s economic development.However, the ecological environment problem of copper mine development is prominent.It is important to study the ecological risk of copper mine development under the resource and environmental carrying capacity.Using the data of Yunnan province in 2019,the ecological risk and environmental carrying capacity level of eight copper mine development zones were evaluated by using the comprehensive evaluation method.It is found that the lower the ecological risk level, the higher the environmental carrying capacity of copper mine development zones.Such development zones need to improve the efficiency of comprehensive development and utilization, and implement the policy of developing while protecting within the scope of carrying capacity.The higher the ecological risk, the lower the environmental carrying capacity of copper mine development zones.Such development zones need to implement total amount regulation of copper mines, control the mining intensity, and strictly enforce space access.
