卷入度对酒店实习生忠诚度的影响

摘要 以酒店实习生忠诚度为研究对象,基于卷入度理论,通过层级回归等方法探究了实习生与实习酒店之间的内在联系对实习忠诚度的影响。研究发现:(1)卷入度对实习忠诚度有显著正向影响;(2)实习满意度在卷入度与实习忠诚度之间起部分中介作用;(3)心理资本调节了卷入度对实习忠诚度的影响,卷入度与实习忠诚度之间的正向关系在高心理资本条件下要比低心理资本条件下强。 Taking the loyalty of student internships at hotels as the research object, based on the involvement theory, the method of hierarchical regression was used to explore the effects of the internal connection between students and internship hotels on internship loyalty.The results showed that:(1)Involvement had a significant positive effect on internship loyalty;(2)Internship satisfaction played a partial mediator role between involvement and internship loyalty;(3)Psychological capital moderated the effects of involvement on internship loyalty, and the positive relationship between involvement and internship loyalty was stronger in high psychological capital condition than in low psychological capital condition.
