摘要
为进一步提高低品位磷矿的利用率,云南某磷矿对低品位磷矿进行了擦洗脱泥。通过精矿脱水工艺流程改造,旋流器底流精矿进入脱水筛后,筛下液再进入过滤机过滤脱水。结果表明,低品位矿产率由83.02%提高到93.48%,提高了低品位磷矿资源回收利用的效率。
In order to improve the utilization ratio of low-grade ore,a phosphate mine in Yunnan Province was scrubbed and deslimed from low-grade ore.Through the process reform of concentrate dehydration,after the cyclone bottom flow concentrate enters the dehydration screen,the liquid under the screen enters the filter to filter dehydration.The scrubbing rate of low-grade phosphate mine increased from 83.02%to 93.48%,and the recovery efficiency of low-grade phosphate mine was improved.
