摘要
磷矿石和磷精矿中二氧化硅含量的仲裁方法为GB/T 1873-1995《磷矿石和磷精矿中二氧化硅含量的测定重量法》。采用微波碱熔消解磷矿石和磷精矿代替高温设备消解,通过正交实验找出了最佳碱熔消解条件,结果表明,实验方法节能易操作,安全成本低,不使用高温设备,能减少环境污染,易于推广等特点。与GB/T 1873-1995方法测定结果相比较,无显著性差异,绝对误差在0.05~0.16之间,相对标准偏差RSD=1.2%,回收率在95.00%~100.86%。
The method for measuring silica content in phosphate rock and phosphate concentrate is GB/T1873-1995“Gravimetric Method for the Determination of Silica Content in Phosphate Rock and Phosphate Concentrate.”Use microwave alkaline melting to digest phosphate rock and phosphate concentrate instead of high temperature equipment for digestion.Orthogonal method finds the best alkali fusion digestion conditions.The experimental method is energy-saving,easy to operate,low in safety and cost,does not use high-temperature equipment,can reduce environmental pollution,and is easy to popularize.It is determined by the GB/T1873-1995 method.Compared with the results,there is no significant difference,the absolute error is between 0.05-0.16.,the relative standard deviation is RSD=1.2%,and the recovery rate is 95.00%-100.86%.Good test results are obtained,and the method is simple and reliable.
