摘要
催化剂装填的效果对催化剂床层气流的均匀分布、催化剂效能的有效发挥、催化剂的使用寿命以及运行后乙二醇合成系统和精馏系统的正常生产等方面均起着至关重要的作用。当催化剂的活性无法满足工艺要求的转化率及选择性时,则需要对当前催化剂进行卸载更换,不断改进的卸出工艺,在安全、环保和时间成本上有较大提升,值得在实践中推广。通过乙二醇合成中催化剂的常见装填和卸出方法的对比研究,为今后的化工生产提供借鉴,为节能降耗提供思路。
The loading effect of coal based catalyst plays an important role in the uniform distribution of gas flow in the catalyst bed,the effective exertion of catalyst efficiency,the service life of catalyst and the normal production of ethylene glycol synthesis system and distillation system after operation.Secondly,when the activity of catalyst cannot meet the conversion and selectivity required by the process,it is necessary to unload and replace the current catalyst and continuously improve the unloading process,Great improvements have been made in safety,environmental protection and time cost,which is worth popularizing in practice.This paper discusses the common loading and unloading methods of catalyst in ethylene glycol synthesis,and provides reference for future chemical production and ideas for energy saving and consumption reduction through comparison.
