摘要
褐煤气化工业废水生化处理前后的COD含量常采用重铬酸钾手动分析和在线分析,但检测速度慢,存在监测数据不能快速反映水质变化趋势,不能快速捕捉水质急剧变化等问题,尝试采用UV法COD在线分析仪快速监测生化处理前后废水中的COD含量。通过试验,综合分析并验证了UV法COD在线分析仪应用于含酚工业废水中COD含量监测的可行性和局限性,探讨了UV法COD在线分析仪在含酚工业废水中COD含量监测的使用限制性条件及影响因素。
The manual analysis method based on potassium dichromate is usually used to monitor the wastewater of lignite gasification industry.When the composition of the wastewater changes quickly,the manual method can not meet the real-time requirement.A method with UV on-line instrument to analyze the wastewater is presented in this paper.The results show that the automatic analysis method works more quickly and reliably.The factors that influence the performance of the instrument are also given.
