This paper introduces the development and application of large diameter and thin-wall UHMW-PE composite pipeline.The composite pipeline not only retains the advantages of rigidity,scratch resistance,collision resistance and low linear expansion coefficient of metal materials,but also integrates the advantages of UHMW-PE wear resistance,good water flow,light weight and convenient construction.It has unique advantages in solid material transportation in electric power,coal,metallurgy,chemical industry,mining and other industries.
