储罐高高液位联锁安全应用探讨

Discussion on Safety Application of High High Liquid Level Interlock in Storage Tank

储罐是石油储运的重要设施,储罐的安全运行液位对炼厂至关重要。为保证储罐安全,根据SH/T3007-2014《石油化工储运系统罐区设计规范》和安监总管三〔2016〕62号文相关规定,储罐需增设液位高高联锁切断功能。探讨了如何根据以上规范对罐区进行的改造,以满足储罐安全运行,同时对改造后可能产生的影响进行研判,并进行了针对性的改进措施,进而保证了储罐的安全平稳运行。

Storage tank is an important facility for oil storage and transportation.The safe operation level of storage tank is very important for refinery.Recently,there have been many vicious accidents of fire and explosion caused by oil leakage from tank roof fall at home and abroad,which pose a great challenge to the safety production in the tank farm.In order to ensure the safety of the storage tank,according to the SH 3007-2014 code for design of petrochemical storage and transportation system tank farm and the relevant provisions of[2016]No.62 document,the storage tank shall be provided with a high-high liquid level interlock cut-off function.This paper discusses the transformation of the tank farm according to the above specifications to meet the safe operation of the tank.At the same time,the possible impact of the transformation is studied and judged,and targeted improvement measures are taken to ensure the safe and stable operation of the tank.
