摘要
在低温甲醇洗装置运行过程中,由于氨在系统中的累积过多会出现铵盐结晶现象,不仅会堵塞设备管道,同时还会造成净化气、CO_(2)产品气中硫含量超标。通过分析铵盐结晶的原理,采取相应的措施,确保了低温甲醇洗装置安全、稳定、高效运行。
During the operation of the low-temperature methanol washing system,ammonium salt crystallization will occur due to the excessive accumulation of ammonia in the system,which will not only block the equipment pipeline,but also cause the sulfur content in the purified gas and CO2 product gas to exceed the standard.By analyzing the principle of ammonium salt crystallization,corresponding measures are taken to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the low-temperature methanol washing device.
