The Effect and Safety of Clonidine in Smoking Cessation

目的:探究可乐定戒除烟瘾的效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院收治的82例中重度烟瘾患者,采取抽签法分为探讨组和参考组,每组41例。参考组采用尼古丁贴剂治疗,探讨组采用可乐定治疗,比较两组吸烟量变化、戒烟成功率、尼古丁依赖量表(FTND)、明尼苏达尼古丁戒断症状量表(MNWS)、吸烟渴求简短问卷(QSU-Brief)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2、4、8周,两组每日吸烟量少于治疗前(P<0.05),且探讨组每日吸烟量少于参考组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);探讨组FTND评分、MNWS评分、QSU-Brief评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探讨组不良反应发生率低于参考组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:可乐定戒除烟瘾效果确切,相较于一线治疗药物尼古丁贴剂,其可改善患者的依赖程度、戒断症状,降低吸烟渴求,安全性较高,具有应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of clonidine in smoking cessation.Methods:A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe smoking addiction who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into an investigation group and a reference group by drawing lots,with 41 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with nicotine patches,and the study group was treated with clonidine.The changes in smoking volume,success rate of smoking cessation,Nicotine Dependence Scale(FTND),Minnesota Nicotine Withdrawal Symptom Scale(MNWS),and smoking craving short questionnaire(QSU-Brief)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2,4,and 8 weeks of treatment,the daily smoking in the two groups was less than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the daily smoking in the study group was less than that in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the FTND score,MNWS score and QSU-Brief score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clonidine has an exact effect on smoking cessation.Compared with the first-line treatment drug nicotine patch,it can improve the degree of dependence and withdrawal symptoms of patients,reduce the craving for smoking,and has higher safety and application value.
