目的:探讨依非韦伦用于治疗艾滋病的不良反应,并进行相应的用药护理。方法:将2017年10月—2021年10月该院800例采用依非韦伦用于治疗艾滋病的患者作为研究对象,对服用过程中出现的不良反应事件进行汇总,并分析发生的临床特征。结果:800例患者中出现不良反应的为102例,占比12.75%。21~50岁服用依非韦伦后出现不良反应较多。服用依非韦伦0.5~1个月后,发生不良反应发生率最高,0~0.5个月后发生不良反应发生率次之,占比19.61%。服用依非韦伦后不良反应累及神经系统,主要表现为失眠、头痛等,占比28.33%,其次是皮肤及其附件,主要表现为全身性斑疹样皮疹、皮肤红肿等,占比22.50%。结论:服用依非韦伦后不同年龄可能出现不良反应程度不同,且不良反应发生的时间以及累及的器官/系统的占比不同,要密切关注依非韦伦的不良反应,保证患者用药安全性。

Objective:To explore the adverse reactions of efavirin in the treatment of AIDS and give corresponding medication nursing.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2021,800 patients with AIDS treated with efavirin in the hospital were taken as the research objects,and the adverse reaction events occurred during the course of taking efavirin were summarized,and the clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results:Among the 800 patients,102 had adverse reactions,accounting for 12.75%.There were many adverse reactions after taking efavirene at the age of 21-50.After taking efavirene for 0.5-1 month,the incidence of adverse reactions was the highest,followed by 0-0.5 months,accounting for 19.61%.After taking efavirin,the cumulative adverse reactions were mainly insomnia and headache,accounting for 28.33%,followed by the skin and its accessories,mainly including systemic macular rash and skin redness and swelling,accounting for 22.50%.Conclusion:Adverse reactions may occur at different ages after taking efavirin,and the time of adverse reactions and the proportion of accumulated organs/systems are different.We should pay close attention to the adverse reactions of efavirin to ensure the drug safety of patients.
