摘要
食叶草是一种具有食用和经济价值且具有强大适应性的新型植物,通过一定的加工处理可以制成多种高营养价值、高附加值价值的新型食品。本文着重对食叶草的起源、种植优势、营养价值以及其安全性等方面进行分析探讨,并基于此对食叶草的发展前景进行了分析与展望,以期为食叶草的生产与加工处理提供理论依据,加快对食叶草的开发及应用。
Edible grass is a new type of plant with edible and economic value and strong adaptability,which can be made into a variety of new foods with high nutritional value and high added value through certain processing and treatment. This paper focused on the analysis and discussion of the origin,planting advantages,nutritional value and safety of edible grass,and analyzed the development prospects of the edible grass,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the production and processing of edible grass,and accelerate the development and application of edible grass.
