无节拍流水作业按施工段的默认次序施工,其短工期可用紧凑法求得,但不一定是完成施工任务的最短工期。为求得完成任务的最短工期,先要确定各施工段的最优施工次序,再按紧凑法组织施工。本文基于“理论+实践”分析了各种类型无节拍流水作业施工组织及总工期求法。

According to the default order of construction sections,the short construction period of flow process without steps can be obtained by the compact method,but it is not necessarily the shortest construction period to complete the construction task.In order to obtain the shortest construction period,first determine the optimal order of construction sections,and then organize the construction according to the compact method.Based on theory and practice,this paper analyzes the construction organization and total construction period of various types of flow process without steps.
