摘要
合成磁共振成像(Synthetic magnetic resonance imaging,Synthetic MRI,SyMRI)是一种定量成像技术,可测量组织的T1弛豫时间、T2弛豫时间和质子密度。这些固有的组织特性从一次采集中获得,同时合成各种对比加权序列。使用这种技术在评估膝关节损伤的形态学改变的同时,还可以在对应损伤部位测得T1、T2、PD值进行定量分析,为膝关节出现病理损伤后表现出临床症状前提供确凿证据。并且合成磁共振成像还可以通过后处理软件获得一些少用的扫描序列,为临床提供更多有价值的诊断信息,使膝关节损伤的诊断和评估更加准确。本文主要对合成MRI技术中不同的子序列在膝关节损伤方面的诊断作用进行综述。
Synthetic magnetic resonance imaging(Synthetic MRI, SyMRI) is a quantitative imaging technique that measures the T1 relaxation time, T2 relaxation time and proton density of tissues. These inherent tissue properties were obtained from a single acquisition while synthesizing various contrast-weighted sequences. Using this technique to evaluate the morphological changes of knee joint injury, it can also quantitatively analyze the T1, T2, and PD values measured at the corresponding injury site,providing conclusive evidence for the clinical symptoms of knee joint after pathological injury. In addition, synthetic magnetic resonance imaging can also obtain some scan sequences that are rarely used through post-processing software, providing more valuable diagnostic information for clinical practice,and making the diagnosis and evaluation of knee joint injuries more accurate. This article mainly reviews the diagnostic role of different subsequences in synthetic MRI technology in knee injury.
