绿地中心·杭州之门钢拱连桥转体施工技术

摘要 绿地中心·杭州之门项目主塔间钢拱连桥因构件数量大、现场场地狭小、地下室顶板承载力有限等因素,常规吊装技术难以满足工期和现场安装条件需要。转体施工技术有效解决了施工场地的限制矛盾,避免了使用大型机械设备在地下室顶板上施工作业,通过整体桁架转体就位、中间嵌补,简化了施工措施,提高了安装效率,加快了施工进度。通过对钢拱连桥构件合理划分、转体工装的设计与计算,验证了转体施工技术可靠性和安全性,为钢拱连桥的顺利安装提供了保障。 For steel arch bridge of Greenland Center·Hangzhou Gate, because of such factors as large number of components, narrow site and limited bearing capacity of basement roof, conventional hoisting technology can not meet the requirements of construction period and site installation conditions. Rotation construction technology solves the contradiction of temporary use of land on construction site and avoids the construction of large mechanical equipment on the basement roof. Through the reasonable division of the steel arch bridge components, the design and verification calculation of the revolving tooling, the reliability and stability of the rotation construction process are guaranteed, and the installation of the steel structure is completed successfully.
