摘要
桥梁高墩施工具有施工难度大、安全风险高的特点。针对广连高速公路项目多座跨越峡谷、墩高近百米的连续刚构桥,为了加快施工进度、降低安全风险,在对现有施工工艺深入调查分析的基础上进行扬长避短的工艺组合与改进,开发了液压顶升整体式钢架平台翻模工艺,采用该技术工艺大幅度提高了桥梁高墩的施工速度和安全保障水平,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
The construction of bridge high pier has the characteristics of high construction difficulty and high safety risk. In view of the continuous rigid frame bridges of Guangzhou-Lianzhou Expressway project, which span valleys and have pier heights of nearly 100 meters, in order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the safety risks, based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the existing construction technology, the process combination and improvement of making full use of the advantages and avoiding the disadvantages are carried out, and the hydraulic lifting steel platform turning formwork process is developed. The use of this technology and process greatly improves the construction speed and safety assurance level of the high pier of the bridge, good economic and social benefits are achieved.
