摘要
装配式装修是采用干式工法将工厂生产的标准化内装部品在现场进行组合安装的装修方式,可解决目前传统装修方式带来的高耗能、噪声、粉尘污染、建筑垃圾多等问题。结合华建装配式集成技术试验楼中装配式装修工程应用对基于SI体系的装配式装修技术进行研究。研究结果表明,基于SI体系的装配式装修技术可推动建筑长寿命发展,在建筑全生命周期的各阶段减少碳排放,在我国目前“双碳”背景下具有极大优势。
Assembly decoration is a decoration technology which uses dry construction method to assemble and install the standardized interior parts produced by the factory on site. It can solve the problems of high energy consumption, noise, dust pollution and a large amount of construction waste caused by the current traditional decoration method. Combined with the application of assembly decoration construction in ARCPLUS Assembly Integrated Technology Test Building, this paper studies the assembly decoration technology based on SI system. The results show that the assembly decoration technology based on SI system can promote the development of long-life buildings and reduce carbon emissions at all stages of the whole life cycle of buildings, which has great advantages under the current “double carbon” background in China.
