摘要
厦门影视拍摄基地2号摄影棚改造工程,为在旧厂房内部新建高于旧屋面的新建筑。通过新柱网与旧柱网错开,将新旧建筑的结构体系及支撑体系脱开,使新建筑的荷载不传到旧建筑上,减少了旧建筑的加固工程量。通过对门式刚架受力分析,得到现行门式刚架规范与旧规范的对比结果。为此,提出加大截面加固法,要注意验算新旧截面的连接焊缝,并为避免焊接应力引起变形及切割损伤板件,提出相应连接节点的加固设计方案。
In Xiamen film and television shooting base no. 2 studio reconstruction project, the new building are built inside the old workshop which are higher than the old roof. The structural system and support system of the old and new buildings are separated by staggered new column network and old column network, so that the load of the new building is not transferred to the old building, reducing the amount of reinforcement of the old building. Through force analysis of gabled steel frame, we obtained the result of comparison between the old and new code.To do this, it is proposed that the reinforcement method of enlarging section should pay attention to checking the joint weld of the old and new sections, in order to avoid deformation and cutting damage caused by welding stress, the reinforcement design plan of corresponding joints is put forward.
