摘要
主要介绍了某办公楼的工程特点与设计。该办公楼具有平面不规则、转角连接体、大跨度悬挑、竖向构件转折等工程特点,结构设计通过比选转角连体悬挑方案,确定结构抗震性能目标,制定相关构件的性能水准,进行了小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震弹性分析及大震弹塑性分析,并对楼盖舒适度进行专项验算,据此采取合理的结构方案和相应的加强措施,以确保整体结构的安全可靠。
This paper mainly introduces the engineering characteristics and design of an office building.The office building has the engineering characteristics of irregular plane, corner connector, large-span cantilever, vertical component turning and so on.In the structural design, the seismic performance objectives of the structure are determined by comparing and selecting the corner connector cantilever scheme, and the performance levels of relevant components are formulated.The elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis under medium earthquake and elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake are carried out.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole structure, a reasonable structural scheme and corresponding strengthening measures are adopted.
