某预应力钢筋混凝土连续箱梁承载能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某预应力钢筋混凝土连续箱梁为工程实例,经现场勘查,该桥主梁存在较多裂缝,避免影响桥梁结构安全,通过静动载试验,得到该桥在试验荷载作用下的部分受力特性,将现场试验结果与有限元理论值相比较,进一步综合评估其承载能力。在试验荷载作用下,桥梁结构的整体刚度是否满足《公路桥梁荷载试验规程》(JTG/T J21-01—2015)的要求。同时,桥梁现阶段桥跨结构承载能力符合设计荷载等级的正常使用要求。通过以上工作,为分析类似桥型的受力分析及承载能力评估提供一定的工程经验,同时,为今后类似桥梁的养护提供一定的指导建议。 The prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge is taken as an engineering example in this paper, After on-the-spot investigation, many cracks were found in the main girder of the bridge, In order to avoid affecting the structural safety of the bridge, obtain part of the mechanical characteristics of the prestressed continuous box girder under the actual load, compared the test results with the finite element theoretical value, Further comprehensive assessment of its carrying capacity.Under the test load, whether the whole stiffness of the bridge structure meets the requirements of load testing specifications for highway bridges《load test methods for highway bridge》(JTG/T J21-01—2015),At present, the bearing capacity of the bridge span structure meets the normal use requirements of the design load grade.Through the above work, hope to provide some engineering experience for stress analysis and load-bearing capacity evaluation of similar bridge.Besides, It provides some guidance and advice for the maintenance of similar bridges in the future.
