三因制宜带教模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨三因制宜带教模式在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将2018—2019年在样本医院实习的护理专业护生随机分为两组,对照组采用常规传统带教方法,实验组采用三因制宜带教方法进行带教,实习结束后由临床教学小组进行评价。结果:实验组护生的考核结果、考核总成绩及各领域得分、对带教老师的满意情况、教学质量得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三因制宜带教模式优于传统带教模式,有利于学生综合能力的提升,提高了临床护理教学的质量。 Objective: To explore the application effect of the treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors teaching model in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: The nursing students who practiced in the sample hospital from 2018 to2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the conventional traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted the treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors teaching method. After the internship was completed, the evaluation was carried out by the clinical teaching team. Results: Nursing students in the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of assessment results, total assessment scores and scores in various fields, satisfaction with teachers and teaching quality scores, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The teaching mode based on treatment in accordance with three categories of etiologic factors is superior to the traditional teaching mode, which is conducive to the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability and improves the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
