临床护理路径在先天性心脏病患儿护理中的临床应用效果研究

Clinical Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of Children with Congenital Heart Disease

目的:探究临床护理路径在先天性心脏病患儿护理中的临床应用效果。方法:选择郑州市第七人民医院2017年12月―2019年12月收治的116例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径,观察比较两组患儿的住院时间、费用、并发症发生情况及治疗依从性。结果:观察组住院时间短于对照组,费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.480、85.767,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.62%,低于对照组的22.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.951,P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率为94.83%,明显高于对照组的74.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.469,P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能够有效缩短先天性心脏病患儿的住院时间,减少治疗费用,降低并发症发生风险,提高患儿的治疗依从性,促进患儿的恢复。

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of children with congenital heart disease. Methods: From December 2017 to December 2019 in the hospital, 116 children with congenital heart disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing. The length of hospital stay, cost, complications and treatment compliance were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the cost in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.480, 85.767, P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.62%, which was lower than 22.41% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.951, P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 94.83%, which was significantly higher than74.14% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.469, P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of children with congenital heart disease, reduce the cost of treatment,reduce the risk of complications, improve the compliance of children with treatment, and promote the recovery of children.
