住院药房自动药袋核对机应用效果评价

Application Effect of Automatic Pouch Checking Device in Inpatient Pharmacy

目的缩短住院药房单剂量分包口服药品的调剂时间,提高药师工作效率,降低差错率。方法比较自动药袋核对机与传统人工核对药品的耗时、差错率及药师人员配置的不同,探讨2种工作模式的差异,分析使用过程中出现的问题及其原因。结果自动药袋核对机核对平均耗时1.47秒/袋,人工核对平均耗时3.16秒/袋,核对效率提高了53.48%;内差识别率为100.00%,无外差发生;人员减少33.33%;自动药袋核对机平均识别通过率为(93.81±0.48)%,影响通过率的原因主要为药品是否正确。结论自动药袋核对机的使用,可提高药师工作效率,降低单剂量分包口服药品调配差错率,减少药师人力资源,促进药房智能化建设。

Objective To shorten the time of single-dose oral drug dispensing in the inpatient pharmacy,to improve the work efficiency of pharmacists,and to decrease the error rate of dispensing.Methods The differences between the automatic pouch checking device and traditional manual checking were compared from the time consumption,error rate and pharmacist staffing.The problems and their causes during the use of the automatic pouch checking device were analyzed.Results The average time consumption of automatic pouch checking device was 1.47 s each pouch,while that of manual checking was 3.16 s each pouch,and the checking efficiency increased by 53.48%.The recognition rate of internal error was 100.00%,and no external error occurred.After the application of automatic pouch checking device,the pharmacist staffing decreased by 33.33%.The average recognition pass rate of the automatic pouch checking device was(93.81±0.48)%,and the main reason that affected the pass rate was whether the drugs was correct or not.Conclusion The application of automatic pouch checking device can improve the work efficiency of pharmacists,decrease the error rate of single-dose oral drug dispensing,human resources of pharmacists,and promote the intelligent construction of pharmacy.
