中西医治疗膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的促进膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床合理治疗。方法搜集国内外相关文献,总结并分析中西医治疗KOA的研究进展。结果KOA的中医疗法包括中药辨证内服、中成药口服、中药外治等药物治疗,以及功法锻炼、手法治疗、针灸疗法、针刀疗法等非药物治疗;西医疗法包括局部用药、口服用药、关节内药物治疗等药物治疗,以及患者教育和培训、体质量控制和功能锻炼、手术治疗等非药物治疗。结论KOA的临床中医与西医疗法相结合,可更大程度地减轻KOA患者的功能残障程度,促进其临床合理治疗。

Objective home and abroad were collected to summarize and analyze the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine(WM)in the treatment of KOA.Results internal administration of Chinese herb based on the syndrome differentiation,oral administration of Chinese patent medicine and external treatment of Chinese herb,it also included non-medicine therapies such as exercise,manipulation therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,acupotomy and others.The WM therapies of KOA included medicine therapies such as the local medication,oral medication and intra-articular medication,it also included non-medicine therapies such as education and training of patients,body mass control,functional exercise and surgical therapy.ConclusionThe clinical treatment of KOA should combine the therapies of TCM and WM,which can reduce the degree of functional disability of KOA patients to a greater extent and promote its clinical rational treatment.
