摘要
永磁磁阻双转子混合电机是一种新型双转子电机.相较于双转子永磁同步电机,其内部的永磁转子被替换为同步磁阻转子,这种永磁磁阻双转子混合电机在许多方面的性能优于同样设计的双转子永磁同步电机,但存在外转子转矩脉动过大的问题.为了降低永磁磁阻双转子混合电机的外转子输出转矩的转矩脉动,提出利用田口法对电机进行优化,选择7个永磁磁阻双转子混合电机的参数作为优化因子,优化目标为齿槽转矩、外转子转矩脉动和内外转子的转矩.通过实验得到一组最佳优化参数,并用仿真实验验证了该参数组合较原始的参数确实能够降低永磁磁阻双转子混合电机外转子的转矩脉动,同时还能提高永磁磁阻双转子混合电机的内外转子的转矩,验证了田口法在新型永磁磁阻双转子混合电机这种复杂结构电机的多目标优化的有效性.
The permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor is a new type of dual-rotor motor.Compared with the dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor,the internal permanent magnet rotor is replaced by the synchronous reluctance rotor.The performance of the permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor is better than the dual-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor of the same design in many aspects,but there is also the problem of excessive torque ripple of the external rotor.In order to reduce the torque ripple of the external rotor output torque of the permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor,the Taguchi method is proposed to optimize the motor.Seven parameters of the permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor are selected as optimization factors.The optimization objectives are cogging torque,external rotor torque ripple and internal and external rotor torque.A set of optimal optimization parameters are obtained through experiments.Simulation experiments show that the original parameters of the parameter combination can indeed reduce the torque ripple of the outer rotor of the permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor,and can also improve the torque of the inner and outer rotor of the permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor.The effectiveness of Taguchi method in the multi-objective optimization of the new permanent magnet reluctance dual-rotor hybrid motor with complex structure is verified.
