摘要
针对地市专业气象服务需求,利用现有预报数据,基于PHPCMS提供的开源模块化框架,设计出面向用户的地市级专业气象服务Web平台,为经济社会有关行业和用户提供个性化需求、专门用途的气象服务。平台实现了气象门户和数十项气象服务产品的订制功能。对平台的框架设计进行介绍并着重讲解实现内容服务系统和气象产品订制系统的技术路线。平台为淄博市专业气象台服务多年,为该市气象服务的发展提供平台支撑。
In response to the demands of professional meteorological services in prefectures and cities,using existing forecast data and based on the open-source modular framework provided by PHPCMS,a user-oriented prefecture-level professional meteorological service Web platform is designed.It provided personalized and special-purpose meteorological services for relevant industries and users in economy and society.The platform realized the customization function of meteorological portal and dozens of meteorological service products.This paper introduced the framework design of the platform,and focused on the technical route of realizing content service system and meteorological product customization system.The platform has served Zibo professional meteorological observatory for many years and provided platform support for the development of meteorological services in the city.
