新时代背景下高职院校经管类专业课程思政研究

Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses of Economics and Management Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

高职院校经管类专业是为国民经济建设和社会发展培养高素质技术技能型人才的阵地,为了高质量完成“为党育人、为国育才”的使命任务,针对该类专业开展课程思政建设尤为重要。通过总结高职院校课程思政建设研究现状,结合高职院校经管类专业学生思想政治和职业素质培养要求,明确该类专业课程思政目标,针对性地提出课程思政内容的选择策略和加强课程思政建设的措施。遵循针对性、有效性、融合性和恰当性的原则,选择优化课程思政教学内容,加强教师队伍建设、专业教学标准建设、教材资源建设和工作机制建设,推进课程思政教育工作不断深入。

economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges are the front to cultivate high-quality and skilled technical talents for the national economic construction and social development.In order to accomplish the fundamental task of “cultivating talent for the Party and the State”,it is especially important to carry out the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses of economics and management majors.By summarizing the research status of the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses in higher vocational colleges,combining with the ideological and political and professional quality training requirements of students majoring in economics and management in higher vocational colleges,this paper clarifies objectives of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses of economics and management majors,and puts forward content selection strategies and measures to strengthen the construction of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.Following the principles of pertinence,effectiveness,integration and appropriateness,it proposes to select and optimize the teaching content of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,strengthen the construction of teachers’ team,professional teaching standards,teaching materials resources and working mechanism,so as to deepen education work of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.
