“家庭农场生产经营”专业“五化”培养模式创新与实践——以北京市农业广播电视学校昌平分校为例

Innovation and Practice of “Five Principles” Training Mode in “Family Farm Production and Management” Major ——Taking Changping Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School for Example

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进,处于农业产业振兴核心地位的家庭农场,对区域农业的规模化、产业化带动作用越来越突显,因而家庭农场生产经营以及从业人员的培养尤为重要和紧迫。北京市农业广播电视学校昌平分校开展了大量积极的实践研究,探索出专业课程“生产化”、课程标准“动态化”、教材讲义“活页化”、教学实践“柔性化”、评价反馈“个性化”的“五化”家庭农场生产经营专业人才培养模式,解决了以往农村成人学历教育中的诸多问题,对昌平区家庭农场生产经营专业人才的培养和家庭农场的快速发展起到了积极的促进作用。

With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,family farm is in the core position of industrial revitalization and plays a significant role in promoting the scale and industrialization of regional agriculture.Therefore,the cultivation of family farm employees is particularly important and urgent.Changping Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School has carried out a lot of practice research,explored five principles of “professional courses production” “course standard dynamic” “teaching material sheet” “teaching practice flexibility” “feedback individuation”,which formed family farm professional talent training mode.It has solved many problems in farmer secondary vocational education,improved the overall skills and quality of family farm practitioners,speeded up the development of family farm in Changping district.
