我国家族财富传承面临着产权保护不足、继承纠纷高发、婚姻关系变动、家族企业治理机制缺陷、财富管理行业发展混乱、税收政策变化以及传承意识淡薄等现实困境,应进一步强化新型产权保护,完善婚姻家庭及继承立法,健全家族企业治理机制,推动财富管理行业规范发展,构建与公益慈善相容的家族财富传承机制,完善家族财富传承税收政策,构建多层次家族财富传承教育体系。

The inheritance of family wealth in China is faced with real difficulties, such as insufficient protection of property rights, high incidence of inheritance disputes, changes in marriage relations, defects in the governance mechanism of family enterprises, chaotic development of the wealth management industry, changes in tax policies and weak awareness of inheritance. Weshould further strengthen the protection of new property rights, improve marriage, family and inheritance legislation, improve the governance mechanism of family enterprises, and promote the standardized development of the wealth management industry, build a family wealth inheritance mechanism compatible with public welfare and charity, improve the family wealth inheritance tax policy and build a multi-level family wealth inheritance education system.
