创业异质性、产业结构与区域经济增长——来自山东省137县市的证据

Heterogeneous Entrepreneurship,Entrepreneurial Industrial Structure and Regional Economic Growth

创业活动差异可能会带来经济发展水平的差异。基于2008—2018年山东省137个县级单位的工商企业注册信息和统计数据资料,运用固定效应、系统GMM动态面板和面板门槛模型,实证研究创业异质性、创业产业结构及其变动对区域经济增长的影响。结果表明:整体创业活动促进区域经济增长,一般型创业的经济增长效应存在门槛效应,创新型创业对经济增长的贡献不存在门槛效应,且在任何地区所发挥的作用都大于一般型创业;第一、二、三产业创业的经济增长作用均存在双门槛效应;各地应当根据经济发展水平引导创业资源在不同类型和不同产业之间的配置。

Differences in entrepreneurial activities may lead to differences in the level of economic development. Based on the Business Registration data and statistical data of 137 counties in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2018, this paper analyzes the impact of entrepreneurial heterogeneity and industrial structure on economic growth by fixed effect model, panel threshold model and System GMM dynamic panel model. Results show that overall entrepreneurial activities significantly promote economic growth, but the role of general-type entrepreneurship in promoting economic growth has a double threshold effect, meaning the effect is significantly related to the level of regional economic development, but there is no regional difference in the economic effect for innovative-type entrepreneurship. The contribution of innovative-type entrepreneur-ship is much more than that of general-type entrepreneurship in any region. The economic impact of innovative-type entrepreneurship is more obvious in any cases. There is a double threshold effect for the first, second and third industry′s economic effect. The allocation of entrepreneurial resources among industries and types should be in accordance to the level of economic development.
