数字技术应用、商业模式创新与创新能力的关系研究——以制造企业为例

Research on the Relationship between Digital Technology Application, Business Model Innovation and Innovation Capability——Taking Manufacturing Enterprises as an Example

为探索数字化商业模式对制造企业创新能力的影响,基于动态能力理论,以国内288家制造企业为研究对象,探讨了数字技术应用、商业模式创新和创新能力三者之间的关系,并采用结构方程模型和Bootstrap法验证了数字技术对企业创新能力的影响机理。结果表明:数字技术应用对商业模式创新及企业创新能力之间存在显著正向作用;新颖型商业模式创新和效率型商业模式创新均能显著促进企业创新能力,且新颖型商业模式创新的正向作用更强;商业模式创新在数字技术应用与创新能力关系间发挥部分中介作用。基于以上发现,提出了管理启示和展望。

In order to explore the impact of digital business model on the innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises, based on the dynamic capability theory, taking 288 domestic manufacturing enterprises as the research object, the relationship between digital technology application, business model innovation and innovation capability was discussed, and the structure was adopted.Equation model and Bootstrap method verify the influence mechanism of digital technology on enterprise innovation ability. The results show that: the application of digital technology has a significant positive effect on business model innovation and enterprise innovation capability;both novel business model innovation and efficient business model innovation can significantly promote enterprise innovation capability, and the positive effect of novel business model innovation stronger role;business model innovation plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital technology application and innovation capability. Based on the above findings, the management implications and prospects of this research are put forward.
