摘要
文章从游客视角出发,探究了游客旅游物流感知影响因素,并研究了其对游客旅游满意度的影响。研究结果表明:游玩、就餐、交通、住宿和购物五类因子对游客旅游满意度均存在显著的正向影响,并根据因子形象大小有针对性地提出提升旅游物流管理的方法。
From the perspective of tourists, this paper explores the influencing factors of tourists’ perception of tourism logistics,and studies its impact on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism. The results show that five factors, namely, play, dining, transportation,accommodation and shopping, have a significant positive impact on tourists’ satisfaction with tourism. According to the image size of the factors, the methods to improve tourism logistics management are proposed.
