AGV停车库临时存放区优化设计仿真研究

摘要 应用停车机器人构建的AGV停车库,具有停车效率高、空间利用率大等优点,是目前应用智能停车技术缓解城市停车难问题的重要发展方向,但AGV停车库临时存放区的合理设置及其效果仍有待研究。采用元胞自动机建立了AGV停车库运行仿真模型,对5种临时存放区设置方案进行了极限状态及高峰期状态模拟仿真,分析评估了各方案的运行效果。结果表明:建立的CA模型能够有效用于AGV停车库的模拟仿真;在63个AGV车位规模下,临时存放区设置2个中转房间即可满足极限状态及高峰期的运行需求。 The AGV parking garage based on parking robots has the advantages of high parking efficiency and large space utilization, and is an important development direction for the application of intelligent parking technology to alleviate the problem of urban parking difficulty. However, the rational setting and effect of temporary storage area of AGV parking garage remain to be studied. The simulation model of AGV parking garage was established by using cellular automata, and the limit state and peak state of five temporary storage area setup schemes were simulated, and the operation effects of each scheme were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the CA model can be used for AGV parking garage simulation effectively. Under the scale of 63AGV parking spaces, 2 transfer rooms in the temporary storage area could meet the operation requirements of limit state and peak period.
