2022年3月份以来,国内疫情多发散发,远超预期,经济承受较大压力,上半年GDP增长2.5%,其中二季度增长0.4%。从生产角度看,第三产业及其中部分行业受疫情冲击严重,对GDP增长形成拖累;从需求角度看,消费需求和房地产开发投资表现较弱,对GDP增长起向下拉动作用;从收入角度看,全国居民人均可支配收入增速和规模以上工业企业利润增速均回落;从价格角度看,CPI涨幅逐渐上升,PPI涨幅回落;从新经济新动能角度看,新经济新动能相关行业无论是生产还是投资均表现较好,为经济增长提供了支撑。本文对2022年上半年经济表现进行梳理,对二季度经济实现正增长的支撑因素和增速弱于市场预期的原因进行分析,并对下半年经济发展进行展望。

Since March 2022,the domestic epidemic has spread frequently,far exceeding expectations,and the economy has been under great pressure.In the first half of the year,GDP increased by 2.5%,of which the second quarter increased by 0.4%.From the perspective of production,the tertiary industry and some of its industries have been severely impacted by the epidemic,which has dragged down GDP growth;from the perspective of demand,consumption demand and real estate development investment are weak,which have a downward pull on GDP growth;from the perspective of income,the growth rate of the national per capita disposable income and the profit growth rate of industrial enterprises above designated size have both declined;from the perspective of price,the increase of CPI has gradually increased,and the increase of PPI has fallen;from the perspective of the new economy and new kinetic energy,the industries related to the new economy and new kinetic energy have performed well in both production and investment,providing support for economic growth.This article sorts out the economic performance in the first half of 2022,analyzes the supporting factors for the positive economic growth in the second quarter and the reasons why the growth rate is weaker than market expectations,and forecasts the economic development in the second half of the year.
