大黄、芒硝外敷联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗乳痈的疗效研究

Effect of External Application of Rhubarb and Mirabilite Combined with Gualou Niubang Decoction on Breast Carbuncle

目的:分析大黄、芒硝外敷联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗乳痈的疗效。方法:选择2019年3月至2021年11月在新余市中医院进行治疗的乳痈患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例,对照组主要给予青霉素治疗,治疗组瓜蒌牛蒡汤联合大黄、芒硝贴敷进行治疗。比较两组的临床有效率、治疗前后肿块面积评分、治疗前后的乳房疼痛评分。结果:连续治疗6 d后,治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者肿块面积评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者乳房疼痛评分均下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄、芒硝外敷联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗乳痈减小肿块和改善患者疼痛感,具有临床可行性。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of rhubarb and mirabilite external application combined with gualou niubang decoction in the treatment of breast carbuncle.Methods:In this study,80 patients with breast carbuncle treated in Xinyu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was mainly treated with benzylpenicillin,and the treatment group was treated with gualou niubang decoction combined with rhubarb and mirabilite.The clinical effective rate,mass area score and breast pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 days of continuous treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05),and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05);after treatment,the breast pain score of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of rhubarb and mirabilite combined with gualou niubang decoction in the treatment of breast carbuncle can reduce the mass and improve the pain of patients,which has clinical feasibility.
