认知行为情志疗法对苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年女性高血压患者生存质量及血压水平的影响

Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Affective Therapy on the Quality of Life and Blood Pressure of Elderly Women with Hypertension Treated by Amlodipine Besylate Tablets

目的:观察并评价老年女性高血压患者应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗期间实施认知行为情志疗法,对患者血压水平及生存质量的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2021年12月于吉安市中心人民医院接受治疗的82例老年女性高血压患者,随机分为两组。所有患者均予以苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,研究组在此治疗基础上予以认知行为情志疗法,观察并分析两组患者的血压水平变化情况、心理状态以及生存质量。结果:组间评估指标设置为心理维度评分以及血压数值,两组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;经过干预,两组患者的舒张压和收缩压水平、抑郁症自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显降低,且研究组患者血压指标水平、SDS量表评分、SAS量表评分明均明显低于对照组,生存质量指标评分更高,P<0.05。结论:在老年女性高血压患者应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗期间,对患者联合实施认知行为情志疗法,可进一步改善患者血压水平和心理状态,提高其生存质量,值得进一步研究。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the effects of cognitive behavioral affective therapy on blood pressure and quality of life of elderly female patients with hypertension treated with amlodipine besylate tablets.Methods:Eighty-two elderly female patients with hypertension who received treatment in Ji’an Central People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with amlodipine benzene sulfonate tablets.On the basis of this treatment,the research group was treated with cognitive behavioral affective therapy,and the changes in blood pressure level,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in psychological scale score and blood pressure level before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels,SDS scale and SAS scale scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the blood pressure index levels,SDS scale scores and SAS scale scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life index scores were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly female hypertension patients with amlodipine benzene sulfonate tablets,the combined implementation of cognitive behavioral affective therapy can further improve the blood pressure level and psychological state of patients,improve quality of life,further research is required.
