摘要
目的:同时测定茵栀黄颗粒及新生儿尿液中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量。方法:选择0.1%甲酸溶液和乙腈为流动相,选择238 nm波长,运用HPLC测定茵栀黄颗粒中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量。另收集新生儿10例服药后不同时间段的尿液,测定其中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量。结果:茵栀黄颗粒中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量平均值为2.002 mg/g和69.52 mg/g,均符合《中国药典》2020年版一部规定。新生儿尿液中检测的栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,浓度在0~6 h左右较高,用药10 h后大幅减少。结论:茵栀黄颗粒的栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量符合《中国药典》2020年版要求,栀子苷和黄芩苷在体内易代谢、易排泄。
Objective:The contents of geniposide and baicalin in urine of yinzhihuang granules and newborn were determined.Methods:Acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid were used as mobile phase,238 nm was chosen.HPLC was used to test the content of baicalin and geniposide in yinzhihuang granules,the same was done to the 10 cases of newborn’s urine collected at different times after they took yinzhihuang granules.Results:The average content of geniposide and baicalin in yinzhihuang granules were 2.002 mg/g和69.52 mg/g,quite up to the requirement in the part1 of 2020 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”.The content of geniposide and baicalin tested in newborn’s metabolized urine generally increased first decreased later,the time of cmax of geniposide and baicalin comes about 0-6 h,and it decreased after 10 h.Conclusion:The content of geniposide and baicalin in yinzhihuang granules was proved to meet the requirement in the 2020 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”,it is easy for geniposide and baicalin to metabolize in body.
