2022年6月,交通运输部等四部门发布贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念做好碳达峰碳中和工作的意见》的实施意见。意见提出,积极发展新能源和清洁能源运输工具,有序开展纯电动、氢燃料电池、可再生合成燃料车辆、船舶的试点,推动新能源车辆的应用。观察交通客运领域,经过20多年的研发和示范运行,新能源和清洁能源客车已成为主流车型,走在了我国交通运输工具向绿色环保化转型的前列。
