摘要
前商用车AMT多采用制动器配合滑套换挡的结构,而制动器作为AMT核心结构,决定了AMT的换挡平顺性,其中制动器结构的油气密封对换挡平顺性起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了AMT制动器的结构及工作原理,并针对制动器可靠性试验的密封失效问题,分析了密封圈压缩率、变形、活塞定心、进气方向等对油气密封的影响,并以此提出相对应的改进措施,最终通过试验验证了改进措施的效果,为其它结构的油气密封设计提供了强有力的参考及指导意义。
TAt present, commercial vehicle AMT mostly adopts the structure of brake and sliding sleeve shift. As the core structure of AMT, the brake determines the shift smoothness of AMT. The oil-gas seal of the brake structure plays a crucial role in the shift smoothness. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of AMT brake, and analyzes the influence of the compression ratio of seal ring, deformation, piston centering, air inlet direction, etc. Corresponding improvement measures, and finally verified the effect of the improvement measures through experiments, which provides a strong reference and guiding significance for the design of oil-gas seal of other structures.
