Ⅲ型胶原蛋白作为生物结缔组织的重要组成成分,广泛存在于皮肤、脏器、血管及软骨关节等部位,具有极好的机械强度、生物相容性可降解性,并具有促进细胞生长.再分化,组织修复的能力,可应用于化妆品等日常生活领域,也可用于组织修复药品以及生物工程材料与医用领域。本文从川型胶原蛋白的结构与功能出发,综述了该蛋白与人类部分疾病的关联性,论述其在人体内发挥着重要作用,并可作为人体生理功能鉴定的重要指标,并由此介绍与展望Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的研究进展与应用方向。希望可以为Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的进一步开发和研究提供帮助。

As an important component of biological connective tssue,typeⅢcollagen widely exists in skin,organs,blood vessels,cartilage and joints.It has excellent mechanical strength,biocompatibility and degradability,and has the ability to promote cell growth,re dfferentiation and tissue repair.It can be used in cosmetics and other fields of daily life,and can also be used in tissue repair drugs,bioengineering materials and medical fields.Starting from the structure and function of typeⅢcollagen,this paper summarizes the correlation between this protein and some human diseases,discusses that it plays an important role in human body,and can be used as an important index for the identification of human physiological function,and introduces and prospects the research progress and application direction of typeⅢcllagen.It is hoped that it can provide help for the further development and research of typeⅢcollagen.
