摘要
基于高坝洲水电厂原机组轴瓦温度监测保护系统的配置、功能,以及自投运以来存在的问题,通过改造换型及优化设计,将压力式温度计换成铂热电阻,分度号为PT100,并新增数字式温度测控仪表,经过多次试验及运行验证,数字式温控仪能准确的反应机组运行工况变化情况,满足现场实际要求。优化设计及改造后的机组轴瓦温度监测保护系统运行良好。
Considering the configuration and functions of the original unit bearing pad temperature monitoring and protection system in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant, as well as the problems found since the operation of the units, renovation and optimization of the system are carried out. The pressure thermometer is replaced with platinum thermistor, with the graduation number of PT100. Also, digital temperature measurement and control instrument is added. Tests and actual operation prove that the digital temperature instrument can accurately reflect the variation of the unit operating conditions and fulfill the practical in-situ requirements. After the optimization and renovation, the bearing pad temperature monitoring and protection system works well.
