摘要
为解决海上风电工程中常用的牺牲阳极的阴极保护法防腐技术污染环境等问题,针对牺牲阳极的组成以及其存在的缺点,经深入研究提出了一种海上风机单桩基础复层矿脂包覆防腐蚀施工技术,取得了较好的防护效果。并对包覆防腐技术所需满足的施工环境,钢结构表面的处理、涂抹防蚀膏、包覆防蚀带、安装防蚀保护罩等四项关键施工技术做了详细的论述。
The cathodic protection technology with sacrificial anode commonly used in offshore wind power projects may cause environmental pollution. Considering the composition of the sacrificial anode and the disadvantages of the technology, an anti-corrosion construction technology of multi-layer petrolatum coating is developed for the single pile foundation of offshore wind turbines, which has shown satisfactory protection performance. Also, the required construction environment and four key construction techniques, including the treatment of the steel structure surfaces, application of the anti-corrosion paste, coating of the anti-corrosion tape, and installation of the anti-corrosion protective cover, are introduced in detail.
