Effect of OSCE assessment mode in traditional Chinese medicine ability assessment of new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital

摘要 目的探讨客观性结构式临床技能考核(OSCE)考核模式在中医院新入职护士中医能力考核中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1~12月南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院新入职护士134例展开研究。随机数表法分为对照组(常规考核模式)和观察组(OSCE考核模式)各67例。通过开展新入职护士中医护理实训课程培训,分析护士的中医能力。结果观察组与对照组在高分区间、低分区间考核成绩分布存在差异,观察组学员考核成绩在90~100分构成比对照组高,考核成绩在60~69分、<60分构成比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组考核成绩在80~89分、70~79分构成比比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组护士中医临床综合能力得分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对考核模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医院新入职护士中医能力考核中实施OSCE考核模式能对护士各方面能力做出真实评价,且护士对这一考核模式满意度较高。 Objective To study the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment model in the assessment of traditional Chinese medicine ability of new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods A total of 134 newly recruited nurses in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected for this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(conventional assessment mode)and observation group(OSCE assessment mode)with 67 cases in each group.Through carrying out the training course of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for new nurses,the ability of nurses in traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed.Results There were differences in the distribution of assessment scores between the observation group and the control group in the high score interval and low score interval.The assessment scores of the observation group in 90~100 points were higher than those of the control group,and the assessment scores in 60~69 points and<60 points were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the composition ratio of 80~89 points and 70~79 points between the two groups(all P>0.05).Observation group of nurses in traditional Chinese medicine clinical comprehensive ability score was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group on evaluation model of satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of OSCE assessment model in the assessment of traditional Chinese medicine ability of new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital can make a real evaluation of all aspects of nurses'ability,and nurses are more satisfied with this assessment model.
